Great kit, horrible service

The dough kit was great, but customer service was horrible. My order was marked “processing” for a month and I was left waiting for it to be marked as shipped. I had to reach out and ask for an update, and while they were quick to let me know about a back ordered item and offer to swap it for an available kit, I was annoyed I had to reach out first and that the gift was not going to make it on time to its destination. I asked if they could change the shipping address so it would have a better chance of arriving on time and they said ok, but then it ended up still getting shipped to my address and me having to ship it to the other address at my own expense.

My 3 grandchildren spend hours creating different scenes with this product…I contacted the owner regarding one of my orders that was delayed due to availability. She responded immediately and I eventually received the order. I am very pleased with the products and service. I would highly recommend their products.
